Couples & Individuals
- Whether you are single, or if you have a partner who doesn't want to come or you simply want to discuss things alone you are welcome to bring any aspect of your current, past or future relationships to Relate by yourself.
- If you do not wish for your partner or family to know of your visits we do our best to maintain privacy by arranging for specific contact details from yourself and utilising our confidentiality policies to ensure discretion.
- Not all relationships work but when couples choose to part there are still things to talk about. This can be difficult as it is often a very emotional time.
- Working with a counsellor gives you, or you and your partner, a chance to think about what you can do to change your situation for the better. It can also give you a chance to explore complex or difficult issues in a safe and confidential environment.
- You may no longer be a couple but still parents. Counselling at Relate can help you both to sort out the conflicts between yourselves and how best to deal with your feelings in order to help your children cope with the situation.
- Relate produce books that can help you with your situation. Go to Useful Books and purchase online.
